What a great gift we received yesterday....a voice mail from our real estate agent who said there is a couple that wants to rent our house. The original listing agent drove them out to see it on Friday and even though they could not see the inside, she could tell them about it and they want to rent. Marylena is going to show it to them tomorrow and hopefully they will sign the lease. This is by far the best news we could have received right now. It'll be enough to cover our payment and then some.... don't ever tell me God doesn't answer prayers. Maybe not in the time frame we want but He does.
So for now, until the lease is signed, we wait but everything looks like a go. Hopefully they will agree to 6 months only so we can still move in June.... I think he is on the staff at the university, but it could be the hospital. We'll find out more details on Monday. They have 2 little "inside" dogs and one "outside" (a Chow) so they are willing to put deposit down for them also plus the regular deposit.
